We focus on creative acquisitions for purchasing and distressed properties to flip. Our preferred markets are: Hillsborough, Pinellas, Polk, Pasco, Hernando, Sarasota, Orange, Manatee, Volusia, Duval and Leon countyies of Florida.
Wholesaling
Our Wholesale success today was started 11 years ago by me, DH. I forsook the path of enlisting into the military and college and decided to work within a brokerage setting on wholesale deals. Now, our family does deals in multiple markets.
