We focus on creative acquisitions for purchasing and distressed properties to flip. Our preferred markets are: Hillsborough, Pinellas, Polk, Pasco, Hernando, Sarasota, Orange, Manatee, Volusia, Duval and Leon counties of Florida.

Building an in-house acquisitions department takes time,training, and ongoing management. and we've done it.
Our acquisitions team works alongside real estate investors by sourcing, handling seller conversations, lead qualification, negotiations, appointment setting, and contract execution, allowing fellow investors to focus on closing profitable deals.
Partnership
Wholesaling does not break down in theory. It breaks down in execution. Finding and filtering leads, making initial contact, handling seller conversations, structuring offers, working through due diligence, coordinating with title, and moving a deal through to closing all require real-time decisions that cannot be fully understood through content alone.
For that reason, the partnership begins with a required training and execution period.
